Privacy policy
This notice covers the portfolio at www.remoleonzi.com and is provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Controller and contact
The data controller is Pikit di Leonzi Remo, VAT no. IT01849480676. For personal data enquiries and to exercise your rights, contact remo.leonzi@pikit.it.
2. Data and purposes
Browsing. To deliver pages, the server receives technical data such as your IP address, date and time, requested resource, response status and information sent by your browser. Any access and security logs support website operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in service availability and security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Voluntary contact. The email link opens your email application: this website has no forms and sends no messages automatically. If you write to us, we process your email address, any name you supply and your message to respond or prepare a quotation. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)); for other enquiries it is the legitimate interest in managing correspondence (point f). Any legal obligations rely on point c. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Providing information by email is optional; without the necessary contact details or information, we may be unable to respond. Connection data is necessary to display the site. There are no newsletters, accounts, purchases, profiling or automated decisions.
Optional statistics. Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-DN1327ZSJD, loads only if you choose “Accept Analytics”. It measures visits and website usage to help improve the content. It may process pseudonymous cookie identifiers, pages visited, times, interactions and technical browser and device information; connecting to Google involves transmitting your IP address. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may decline without affecting browsing and withdraw consent through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. The tag does not load before acceptance and no consent-denied pings are sent. The site configuration disables Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals, does not set User-ID and does not intentionally send names, email addresses or other direct identifiers.
3. Recipients and hosting
Data may be processed by the controller, authorised persons and technical providers of hosting, maintenance and email services, as necessary and under the agreements required by law. Hosting is provided by Netsons S.r.l., Via Tirino 99, 65129 Pescara, Italy, under its data processing agreement. Competent authorities may receive data where required by law. Data is not sold or made public.
If you accept Analytics, statistical data is shared with Google Ireland Limited and the Google companies and infrastructure involved in the service. See how Google uses information from partner sites and its data processing terms.
4. Retention and transfers
Correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting contractual relationship. Documents subject to legal obligations or needed to establish or defend rights are retained for the applicable periods. Technical logs follow the hosting service’s rotation and are kept only for operational, security or legal needs, with further retention where incidents or disputes require it. You may ask the controller about the periods applicable to your enquiry.
Your cookie choice is retained in your browser for six months. Analytics cookies are configured in the website tag to last up to 180 days, without automatic renewal on each visit. Retention of user and event data on Google’s systems depends on the Analytics property settings and service terms; it is separate from cookie expiry. You may ask the controller about the applicable configuration.
Netsons states that data on its systems is hosted in Italy. Analytics may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers are subject to the safeguards under Chapter V GDPR according to Google’s current terms: adequacy decisions where applicable and standard contractual clauses. See Google’s information about transfers. Consent to statistics does not replace these safeguards.
5. Your rights
Where the GDPR provides, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to remo.leonzi@pikit.it. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent authority in your country of residence, work or the place of the alleged infringement.
You may withdraw Analytics consent at any time by choosing “Reject Analytics” in Cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops new collection without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal; it does not automatically erase data already received by Google. Contact the controller for requests about that data.
6. External links and updates
Links to pikit projects and LinkedIn lead to websites with their own notices, which apply when you choose to visit them. None of their content is loaded automatically on this page. Your language choice is included in the page address and is not stored in your browser. See the Cookie policy for details. This notice will be updated if services or processing change.
