Cookie policy

This policy describes cookies and other storage technologies used by www.remoleonzi.com, the website of Pikit di Leonzi Remo, VAT no. IT01849480676. Contact: remo.leonzi@pikit.it.

1. What they are

Cookies are small pieces of data that a website can store in your browser and read on subsequent visits. Other technologies, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, can also store information on your device without cookies.

2. Cookie and storage inventory

The current configuration uses the two Analytics cookies below only after consent, plus a technical localStorage preference after your choice. Before acceptance, the Google tag does not load and no Analytics pings are sent. Advertising cookies, Google Signals and User-ID are not enabled. sessionStorage is not used.

The Analytics cookies use the domain .remoleonzi.com: they are also accessible on subdomains under browser rules. The 180-day lifetime is a custom setting for this website, separate from retention of data already received by Google, described in the privacy policy. See the provider’s documentation about Google Analytics cookies.

Images, fonts and animation and slider libraries are local. Your language is specified in the URL and is not stored in the browser. There are no embedded third-party maps, videos or social widgets.

3. Previous settings

A previous local version stored only the language preference in the remo-language localStorage key, without automatic expiry. The current version removes that key if present and does not recreate it. No preference is sent for statistical or advertising purposes.

4. Hosting, cache and external websites

Your browser’s HTTP cache may keep copies of files to speed up loading; it is not used to identify or track visitors. Technical connection data and any Netsons server logs are covered in the Privacy policy.

If you follow a link to pikit, LinkedIn or another external website, that website may use its own cookies under its respective policy. The portfolio does not load those services before you click.

5. Accepting, rejecting or changing your choice

“Accept Analytics” enables statistics only; “Reject Analytics” or closing the banner keeps the Google tag blocked. Scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent. You can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer at any time. Rejecting after acceptance blocks collection, deletes accessible Analytics cookies on this domain and reloads the page to unload the tag. Data already transmitted is not automatically erased. See the privacy policy for data requests.

You may also clear cookies and website data in your browser settings or consult the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Google may process data outside the EEA: details, recipients and rights are explained in the privacy policy and Google’s documentation. This policy will be updated if the technologies change.
